Remedy/Business Process SME is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite design, implementation, advanced configuration, management, and administration and an expert in the ITIL and ITSM frameworks and procedures. Manages and participates in the design and implementation of custom and OEM enterprise Remedy solutions. This SME performs the following job duties and responsibilities: designing, engineering, configuring, installing, testing, training, and documenting complex architectures and component configurations relating to BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite products and/or solutions.
